1. Non-Refundable Services Our pest control services are considered non-refundable due to the nature of the services provided. Once a service has been performed, the costs incurred, including labor, materials, and time, cannot be reversed or refunded.

2. Service Satisfaction Guarantee While we do not offer refunds, we do stand behind the quality of our services. If you are not satisfied with the results of a service, please contact us within 7 days of the service date. We will work with you to address your concerns, which may include re-treating the affected areas at no additional cost.

3. Cancellation Policy

  • -Prior to Service: You may cancel your scheduled service up to 24 hours before the appointment time without incurring any charges.
  • -Same-Day Cancellations: Cancellations made on the same day as the appointment may incur a cancellation fee to cover scheduling and operational costs.

4. Eligibility for Re-treatment Re-treatment is only applicable in cases where the initial service did not effectively address the pest issue as outlined in our service agreement. Eligibility will be determined based on a review of your case by our team.
