As per the terms, after approval of the proposal, a formal maintenance contract is signed between Pestkart Enterprises and Client/Customer on the following General Terms & Termite Control terms and conditions:
1. Termite Control Warranty Warranty is always mentioned in the proposal as per the site specifications .
*Does not cover wood repair or replacement as it is just a maintenance contract.
2a. Wood Repair Warranty Applicable when 20% of the fixed wood work cost is paid of the treated premise as the Contract amount, and then it shall Covers All wood work which is fixed with the walls. The false ceiling is not covered. Only the damaged wood will be replaced and fixed as per the previous stage, and paint and look may be a little bit vary from the original one.
2b. The maximum liability in either case of Wood repair warranty or maintenance contract, cannot exceed the contracted amount.
2c. The Refund Policy: i) 100% refund, if Job cancelled on the Phone before execution. ii) If a technician reaches the site, and the job is cancelled by the client, Only 999/- charges are applicable. Rest of the amount refunded. iii) After the job is done completely, and the client asks for cancellation & refund, then 50% refund is applicable for the contracted amount within a period of 14 days iv) After 15 days & thereafter of the job, 20% refund is applicable till 3 months. After 3 months no refund is applicable.
3. The treatment involves drilling at the various points in the premises or whichever is agreed by the customer with Pestkart Enterprises sales representative at the time of order booking.
4. Before commencement of treatment, customers are requested to move the movable furniture 2 ft. away from the wall, empty out the infested wooden wardrobes completely and only the bottom area of all other unaffected wardrobes, cabinets, wall units and other fixed wooden furniture. Pestkart Enterprises technicians are instructed not to handle customer's property.
4a - In the event of any recurrence of termites, the Pestkart Enterprises will provide free of charge services.
4b - All Reported infestation of termites always attended within 24 hours, if reported before 3PM during working hours.
4c - All visits during the contract period are free of charge.
4d - Always keep a constant watch of your wardrobes or other closed wooden particles, where our termite control operator is not allowed to access.
4e - Report even a very minor infestation on time to Pestkart Enterprises customer care representative, to avoid any wood damages.
4f - Damages of any wooden particle or other valuable items are not covered under the maintenance contract. 5. Please note that, sometimes customers may see live termites immediately after the treatment, or after a few days of the treatment, based on the severity of existing infestation, but this is a normal process of Premise treated areas. Termite may keep coming in search of food even after many days of the treatment, and hence it may be spotted but while it comes into the contact of Bayer’s Premise treated zone area, it always get infected and carry the infection to their centralised colony and spread it all over of it, and hence controlled.
6. Customers are requested to provide information to Pestkart Enterprises Technicians if the location of operation are concealed electrical wiring/conduits, telephone cables, and plumbing pipes. This will help the company to prevent any damages while drilling operations. Company does not take any responsibility for damage caused to property in absence of the above information.
7. Customers are requested to arrange for an electrician and/or carpenter, if need be, at their cost, for treatment of electrical fixtures and fixed woodwork.
8. Customers are requested to arrange electricity for drilling, water to mix chemicals in sufficient quantity, ladder & stool to treat the infestation at higher elevations.
9. Customers are requested to provide necessary access to the false ceiling and loft for inspection and treatment.
10. The equipment used in drilling creates noise, pesticides do have slight odor, and customers are requested to bear with the same. If customers have any patients/pets/children/senior citizens in the house, do not allow them to remain present while the treatment is in progress. They may be allowed to enter the premises after the premises is ventilated well and also cleaned with a dry cloth.
11. The Services are non-transferable in any case. If you change your premise from existing place to other place, then you need to sign another agreement as per the accommodation infestation level and condition.
12. For best results from the treatment, it is necessary to treat the entire area of the apartment/flat/building/cabin. Re-occurrence of the termite is possible if part of the area is made unavailable for treatment.
13. The treatments are scheduled as per mutually agreed time frame. The Company shall not be held responsible if the premises are not made available for the treatment on the scheduled date and time.
14. As the treatment of anti termite involves chemicals & may have some odour, it is highly recommended to move out arrangement for any patients, pets etc, in case of death or any side effect, Pestkart Enterprises shall not be responsible for it.
15. The Company reserves the right to update the terms from time to time without prior notice.
16. All disputes subject to Delhi Jurisdiction only
General Pest Control Terms and Conditions:
1. Customers must ensure the co-operation of the residents/employees/members of the society/corporate /residence as there may be cases where it will be required to move the furniture to enablePestkart Enterprises Authorized Service Technician to carry out treatment. All rooms/cabins/flats in the house/society/corporate whichever the place may be should be made available for servicing as and when Pestkart Enterprises Technician arrives for his job. Failure to do so will be treated as a service rendered and no refund shall accrue on his account.
2. Every visit by Pestkart Enterprises Technician will be made within reasonable time from receipt of an enquiry and will be made during working hours of Pestkart Enterprises Service Department and no visits will be made on Holidays, like Sundays or other gazetted off. In an event where services are to be provided on such holidays additional amount will be charged i.e minimum ₹300/- and shall increase as per the job profile.
3. If at any time during the contract period the "Pest" against which the service is provided reappears subject to compliances and observations of the conditions and instructions thereto in the contracted premises the company shall carry out necessary service at no additional cost.
4. Children, pets, senior citizen, asthmatic, allergic people should not be allowed during service treatment and before thorough cleaning of the treated premises.;
5. Company shall not be liable for damages, death, injuries or any consequential damage of what so ever nature to any person or property, by using the service.
6. The contract is for providing services in the premises covered under the contract. In the event of change of address a fresh contract needs to be entered into for providing the service as the case may be with payment of additional fees.
7. This contract is neither terminable nor transferable before the expiry period but company reserve the right to terminate the contract at any time, and refund the money of the remaining period on pro rata basis and after deducting preliminary charges.
8. Contract charges are payable by Cash or Cheque / DD favouring "Pestkart Enterprises" in advance and payment shall accompany signed copy of the contract and such payment shall be released before commencement of contract period.
9. In the event of any complaint, customers are requested to provide their name, address and contact number to the PestkartEnterprises’s Customer Care Executive. Copy of contract & receipt will have to be retained and produced to enable Pestkart Enterprises technician to verify & provide service.
10. The contract supersedes all prior agreements, undertakings or arrangements, oral or written between parties on subject matter.
11. Company shall not be held responsible for any damages to interior and/or exterior structures of building/rooms/walls/cabins/flats as the case may be which may occur while performing the duty to provide service in the matter.
12.Company will not be responsible for failure of service in the event, instructions given are not followed or treated areas are disturbed/washed, painted or uprooted.
13. Customer undertakes to keep a representative and/or the person present at all times while the treatment is being carried out as a matter of safety and/or the security to avoid any allegations of what so ever nature and such a representative / person shall be treated as the signing authority for service contract form in whose presence the treatment is carried out.
14. Customer requested to sign the declaration slip while the PestkartEnterprises’s technician leaving the property after the treatment.
15. Company Disclaimer: Customer may receive Transactional / Promotional SMS or calls from Pestkart Enterprises
Instructions/Condition to be observed / complied by customer for successful completion of the job in Apartments/Flats.
16. The Company reserve the right to update the terms from time to time without prior notice
